How to Cancel your account

We understand that sometimes our software service may no longer meet your needs, and you may be considering canceling your subscription. While we're sorry to see you go, we want to make the cancelation process as easy and straightforward as possible for you.
We also want to remind you of some additional benefits that you may have overlooked:
Terms Editing: We did just release a new feature allowing users to choose the terminology, so while we may not have it in the system off the bat you are more than welcome to change it to whatever suits your Organization.
How to Clean Up User List: If budget concerns are a factor in your decision to cancel, we can show you how to clean up your user list to reduce your costs. This can help you to continue to benefit from our software without breaking the bank.
Training Links: If you haven't had a chance to explore all of our software's features, we encourage you to check out our training resources. We offer unlimited live training that can help you to get the most out of our software.
If you still need to cancel your subscription, simply follow one of these steps:
  1. Contact our support team here
  2. Chat with us through your Bloom Growth account
  3. Contact us through the 'contact support' option in the upper right of your bloom growth account by clicking the '?'
  4. Call us at 402-378-9545

Important: Only Admins in the organization can cancel the account. The written permission and the Support PIN ("?" located at the top of the screen) are required to start the cancelation process.
