How to Send Your Meeting Summary to Any Email

In Bloom Growth, you can send meeting summaries not only to attendees but also to external recipients who are not part of your meeting, or even your Bloom Growth account.

This feature is helpful when you want to share key updates with stakeholders, advisors, or team members who need visibility but are not active participants in your meetings.


Adding External Recipients

To send your post-meeting summary to any email address:

  1. Click Meetings List from the left navigation bar.

  2. Locate the meeting and click the three dots to the right of it.

  3. Select Edit Meeting.

  4. Click on Meeting Summary Subscribers.

  5. Click the New button at the top right.

  6. Enter the email address you wish to add.

  7. Manage or remove existing subscribers as needed.

🔹 Note: You don’t need to include current meeting attendees when adding external recipients.

Important:

  • If a member is removed from a meeting or from the organization, and their email was previously added as a Meeting Summary Subscriber, they will continue receiving the summaries unless manually removed.
  • This feature allows you to keep non-attendees informed about key meeting takeaways.
  • You can add or remove email subscribers at any time.
  • The post-meeting summary email will include all selected meeting details, just like it does for attendees.
