How to Send Your Meeting Summary to Any Email

In Bloom Growth, you can send post-meeting summaries not only to attendees but also to external recipients who are not part of your meeting or even your Bloom Growth account. This is useful for sharing important updates with stakeholders, advisors, or team members who need visibility into meeting discussions.

This guide will show you how to add and manage email subscribers for meeting summaries in both Better Bloom and the Legacy Version.

Adding External Recipients in Better Bloom

  1. Click Meetings List from the left navigation bar.
  2. Click the three dots to the right of the meeting.
  3. Select Edit Meeting.
  4. Click Meeting Summary Subscribers.
  5. Click the New button at the top right to add an email address.
  6. Manage or remove existing subscribers as needed.

🔹 Note: You don’t have to include current meeting attendees when adding external recipients.

Adding External Recipients in the Legacy Version

  1. Click Meetings in the top menu bar.
  2. Click Edit Meeting (gear icon to the right of the meeting).
  3. Click Meeting Summary Subscribers on the left.
  4. Click New at the top right to add an email address.
  5. Manage or remove existing subscribers as needed.

Important:

✅ If a member is removed from a meeting or from the organization, and their email was previously added as a Meeting Summary Subscriber, they will continue receiving the summaries unless manually removed.
✅ This feature allows you to keep non-attendees informed about key meeting takeaways.
✅ You can add or remove email subscribers at any time.
✅ The post-meeting summary email will include all selected meeting details, just like it does for attendees.
