# The Post Meeting Summary Email
After running a meeting in **Bloom Growth**, the system automatically generates a post-meeting summary email. This summary helps attendees stay aligned by providing a record of what was discussed and what actions need to be taken.

#### **What’s Included in the Post-Meeting Summary Email?**
The email summary provides a snapshot of key meeting details, including:
✅ New **To-Dos** (Completed To-Dos)
✅ Resolved **O&O** (Issues)
✅ People **Headlines** (sin cambios, pero asegúrate de incluir la explicación si es necesario)
✅ Meeting rating (if attendees rated the meeting)
✅ To-Do completion percentage
✅ Total meeting time
You can also choose whether to include full details for **Headlines**, **O&O** (Issues), and **To-Dos** or just their titles.

#### **How to Ensure the Summary Is Sent**
When moving to the Wrap-up section in the Meeting, the system will prompt you to select who should receive the summary. You have three options:
1️⃣ **None** – No summary will be sent.
2️⃣ **Send to all attendees** – Everyone in the meeting receives the summary. (Recommended)
3️⃣ **Send to attendees who rated the meeting** – Only those who provided a rating will receive it.
### **Why You Should Always Select “Send to All Attendees”**

#### **How to Customize Summary Details**
By default, the summary email includes the **full details** of Headlines, Issues, and To-Dos. However, you can adjust this setting:
- ✔ **Checked:** The summary will include **detailed descriptions** of Headlines, Issues, and To-Dos.
- ❌ **Unchecked:** The summary will only display the **title** of each item, with a link to view more details in the archives.
This setting remains **the same for future meetings** unless manually changed.
