What is the 'new meeting experience'?

  • The New Meeting Experience represents the future of Bloom Growth. It is an updated and enhanced version of the meeting experience you may be familiar with from the previous platform, designed to provide greater flexibility, visibility, and customization across meetings and workspaces.

    The new experience is already live. Users can access it in two ways:

    • By clicking Switch to Better Bloom from the top-right corner of their workspace

    • By going directly to static.bloomgrowth.com


When will the new site be live?


What's new?

  1. Metrics
    * Access daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics within each meeting.
    * New color scale to clearly visualize performance.
    * Custom goals per metric.
    * Progressive tracking to monitor trends over time.
  2. Business plan updates 
    * Increased customization options.
    * Ability to add custom fields.
    * Editing and versioning capabilities, allowing you to track changes over time.
    * Business Plan Printing: Your print layout is automatically saved, allowing you to reuse the same layout every time you print, without affecting the structure of your Business Plan in the platform.
  3. Org chart updates - The Org Chart has been enhanced to make updates faster and more flexible. You can now:
    * Easily add members to different seats
    * Print the Org Chart with improved visibility
    * Update box colors to better reflect roles or departments
    * Use improved drag-and-drop functionality to reorganize seats more smoothly
  4. Workspaces -
    Custom workspaces are more flexible and customizable than ever.

    Drag-and-drop tiles to organize information based on what matters most to your team.

    Greater control over how information is displayed and grouped.
  5. Meeting experience - Several improvements have been made to how meetings are structured and run, including:  
    A redesigned check-in and wrap-up section, Increased customization throughout the meeting.
    Meeting notes can now be included in the wrap-up email, improving communication and alignment after meetings.
  6. Check-In Section:
    * Use standard check-in questions.
    * Access 100+ icebreaker questions.
    * Create custom check-in questions tailored to your team.
  7. New Meeting Workspace
    A dedicated workspace that includes:
    Meeting notes
    Meeting statistics for better visibility into meeting performance.
  8. Goals (Quarterly Priorities)
    * Ability to add milestones to goals.
    * Automatically create To-Dos from milestones that are due within the next 7 days.
  9. Issues (O&O)
    * Issues are now organized into:
    * Short-term
    * Long-term
    * Recently solved
    * Issues sent to other meetings
    * New Tangent button to capture off-topic discussions without losing focus.
    * Ability to add links to issues for communication or reference purposes.
  10. Prioritization Tools (Star Voting and 1, 2, 3 prioritization list)
    Meetings now include new prioritization tools to help teams focus on what matters most:
    * Star Voting: Each participant has 5 star votes to highlight the most important items. Leaders running meetings in a single room have unlimited voting.
    * 1-2-3 Prioritization List: Organize items by priority levels to clearly define what is most critical and guide the flow of the discussion.
  11. Additional Improvements You May Notice
    * Improved overall performance and navigation.
    * More consistent experience across meetings and workspaces.
    * Enhanced flexibility for teams managing multiple meetings and departments.

When will the Legacy version be phased out?
  • At this time, there is no specific date for when the Legacy version will be fully phased out.
    We will communicate in advance and keep users informed once a timeline is defined and the transition moves forward.

Will existing meetings and data transfer automatically?

  • Yes, your meetings and meeting data are available in both versions of the platform.

    Please note that the Business Plan works differently. Once a Business Plan is transferred to the new experience, it becomes fully independent and is no longer synced with the previous version.
  • Archived data remains accessible from within the new meeting experience.

How do I find my meeting workspace?

  • You can access your meeting workspace in two ways:

    1. Click Meetings List from the left navigation bar, then select a meeting. The meeting workspace will be available at the top.

    2. From the Workspace List located in the left-side navigation bar, select the corresponding meeting workspace.
