What is the 'new meeting experience'?

The new meeting experience is the future of Bloom Growth. It's our updated approach to the legacy version of Bloom Growth that you've come to know.

When will the new site be live?

The Better Bloom version is live now! Click the "Switch to a Better Bloom" button in the main navigation of your Bloom Growth account. Don't worry, you can navigate back to the legacy version. Please see How to Switch Between the Legacy Version and Better Bloom.

What's new?

Metrics - you now have access to daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics within each meeting.
Business plan updates - Enjoy more customization options for your Business Plan, including custom fields, editing and versioning too.
Org chart updates - you will have the ability to version your org chart, giving you a "draft" option to make updates, but not publish to the organization immediately.
Workspaces - Custom workspaces are more customizable now than ever before. Allowing you to truly see the information you're wanting to, and providing you with a drag and drop approach to organize tiles to your liking.
Meeting experience - we've made several positive changes to the overall meeting approach. These include a new check-in and wrap-up section, more customization throughout the meeting, notes now can be sent in the wrap up email and so many more new features.

When will the Legacy version be phased out?

Better Bloom is set to become the default version of Bloom Growth in early April 2025. Please note that users will be able to access the Legacy version by selecting "go back to Legacy" from the lower left-hand navigation within Better Bloom.

Will existing meetings and data transfer automatically?

Yes, all meetings and data will transfer automatically and all of your meeting data is already within Better Bloom for you!
Archived data is also accessible from within Better Bloom

How do I find my meeting workspace?

To find your meeting workspaces, click on Meetings List, then select a meeting. The workspace will be available at the top.

How do workspace restrictions work?

Workspace permissions follow the same approach as in Legacy. Only members of the meeting can access the meeting and its workspace.
