How to Cancel your Bloom Growth account

- Contact us through the 'contact support' option in the upper right of your bloom growth account by clicking the '?'
- Call us at 402-378-9545
Important: Only Admins in the organization can cancel the account. The written permission and the Support PIN ("?" located at the top of the screen) are required to start the cancelation process.
The cancellation will take effect immediately upon confirmation, and you will lose access to our software. We recommend exporting your data before canceling, as you won't be able to extract it afterward. You can learn more about how to do this here.
If you cancel your account and later require a data export, the ability to retrieve your data will depend on how long it has been archived in our systems. If you need assistance, please contact our support team for guidance. Please note that only admins of the organization are authorized to request data exports from canceled accounts.
