[Edit meeting section](https://help.bloomgrowth.com/meetings?hsLang=en#edit-meeting-section) # Exporting data Exporting your data in **Bloom Growth** allows you to maintain records of your meetings, tasks, and organizational structure. Below are the steps to export meeting data, account data, and the organizational chart. --- #### **Exporting Meeting Data** To export meeting information, follow these steps: 1. Go to the **Meetings list** from the left-hand navigation bar. 2. Either hover over the meeting name and click on the **three dots**, or open the meeting and click on the **three dots** next to the agenda. 3. Select **Export All**, or choose **More Actions** (You'll find the Export All option there as well, and be able to **include notes**). **\*** Repeat these steps for each meeting you want to export. ### **Important Export Information** - If you are in the More Actions section, hold down the Shift key while hovering over the Export All button, you will see the message "(include notes)". This ensures that item notes from To-Dos, O&Os (Issues), and Quarterly priorities (Goals), as well as Meeting Notes, are included in the export. - Once the steps are completed, a **ZIP file** will be downloaded for each meeting, named accordingly. - This process must be repeated for **each meeting or team** in your account. ### **Contents of the Exported File** The exported data will be downloaded as a **ZIP file**, which includes: - **O&O (Issues).csv** - **MeetingRatings.csv** - **MeetingSummary.csv** - **Quarterly Priorities (Goals).csv** - **Headlines** - **KPI (Metrics).csv** - **To-Dos (KPI (Metrics)).csv** --- #### **Exporting Account Data** *(Available to account admins only)* To export company data, follow these steps: 1. Click the **organization logo/name** at the **bottom left** of your account. 2. Click **Organization Settings**. 3. Under the **Company Data** section, select and download the data you need. From this section, you can export the following:  - All **Quarterly Priorities (Goals)** - All **KPI (Metrics)** - All **To-Dos** - All **O&O (Issues)** - All Active Users --- #### **Downloading the Business Plan** To download the **Business Plan**, follow these steps: 1. Click **Business Plan** from the **left navigation bar**. 2. Click the **three dots** located at the **top-right** of your Business Plan Page. 3. Click the **PDF** option. Click **Organizational Chart** from the **left navigation bar**. 2. Click **Expand All** to display the full structure. 3. Click **Fit Screen** to adjust the view. 4. Click **Print Visible** to generate a PDF version of the chart.
