How To Upload a Profile Picture for Another User
Account admins can upload a profile picture and edit a user's name from the Manage Organization section.
Important Information
Only the photos of registered users (checkmark next to their name in the user list) will populate. Photos can be uploaded for all users, but until a user accepts their invite, the photo will not populate. If a user has a color envelope next to their name, they are not fully registered.
If your photo does not display as expected, please try the following:
Use a Google Chrome browser. Resize the image to make it smaller and more square in shape. Email us at help@bloomgrowth.com with your picture, and we'll upload it!
To upload a profile picture
- Click your organization name at the bottom-left corner of the screen.
- Select Manage users.
- Click the editing pad icon (pencil icon) to the left of the trash can icon.
- Click Choose File.
- Select a file and click Save.
Another option:
- Click your organization name at the bottom-left corner of the screen.
- Select Manage users.
- Click on the user's name.
- Click Edit User on the left.
- Click Choose File.
- Select a file and click Save.
- Refresh your page to see the changes.
You can also edit a user's name in this same area. Refresh your screen to see changes.
