Documents is a Bloom Growth document repository that allows you to easily save and share files with your team right from Bloom Growth.
To access Documents, simply click on Documents in the left navigation bar. From there, click on the name of your organization, and you’ll be taken to different folders within your organization’s Documents section, where you can start building your documentation. Documents allow you to:

Bloom Growth Documents (folder)
Meetings
- Organization's Meetings.
- Quarterly Print Outs, and Meeting summaries previously generated
- Notes generated during the Weekly Meeting or created from the archive section of the meeting
- Link including the Meeting's names that take you to the start of the Weekly Meeting
- Link to view the current Business Plan
People Tools
- Previously generated Quarterly 1:1.
- Link to go to the RPRS (Right Person/ Right Seat)

Individual (Folders)
- Personal documents folder(s)
Important:
The "Individual" folder is private. Users can create new folders, upload files, and edit permissions within this private space.
