[Integrations](https://help.bloomgrowth.com/integrations?hsLang=en) # Zapier - Send your Bloom Growth To-dos to Asana --- This article explains how to use Zapier to automatically send To-dos from Bloom Growth to Asana. When a new To-do is created in Bloom Growth, a corresponding task will be created in your chosen Asana project. Before you begin, make sure you have active accounts on Bloom Growth, Zapier, and Asana. 1\. Sign in to your Zapier account. 2\. Click the **Create Zap** button and give your Zap a descriptive name (for example, "Bloom Growth To-dos → Asana"). 3\. Trigger 1. Connect your Bloom Growth account to Zapier if you have not already done so. Add your Bloom Growth account and password 2. Trigger Event (New To-do)  3. Click continue. 4. Choose your Bloom Growth account  5. Click Choose an account… 6. Click Continue 7. Choose owner  8. Choose the meeting name (If left blank Default to receive all visible created to-dos) 9. Test trigger. 4\. Click Continue 5\. Action  1. Chose an Action, where the information will be pushed to. In this example, we are pushing information from Bloom Growth to Asana.  2. Choose an App and Event  (Asana) 3. Action Event (Create a Task) 4. Click Continue. 5. Connect your Asana account, or add it if you have not already done so. 6. Click Continue. 7. Choose your account or Connect a new account.  8. Click Continue.  9.  Set up action 10. Choose your Asana Workspace 11. Choose Project 12. Choose Section (To-do, In Progress, or Complete)  13. Choose the name of your Task (You can pick the same name of your Bloom Growth To-do from the drop-down menu)  14. Choose the Notes fields from the drop-down menu that you’d like to add to your Asana task (e.g., To-do Name, Owner, Meeting Name, Due Date). 15. Choose the due date ( Can be the same as the Bloom Growth To-do)  16. Select Assignee from the drop-down list.  17. Click Continue 18. Test & Review or Test & Continue 19. Toggle the Zap to **On** to activate it.
