# Zapier - connecting software

---

Bloom Growth's integration with Zapier lets you connect Bloom Growth to thousands of other apps and automate your workflows without writing any code. Zapier is a third-party automation platform that connects software services together. A Zap is an automated workflow made up of a trigger and one or more actions — when the trigger event occurs, the action steps run automatically. For example, you could create a Google Calendar event every time a to-do is created in Bloom Growth.

### Create a Zapier account

Zapier is a separate company from Bloom Growth, and you will need to create an account on their website: [Zapier.Com](https://zapier.com/)

### Activate Zapier within Bloom Growth (admin only):

1. Click your organization name at the bottom-left corner of the screen.
2. Click **Organization settings**.
3. Click the **Advanced** tab.
4. Scroll down to **Settings.**
5. Check the **Enable Zapier:** checkbox
6. Click **Save** at the bottom of the page.
   
   Once Zapier is enabled, your organization's members can create and connect Zaps using their Zapier account. To build your first Zap, visit [Bloom Growth's Zapier integrations page](https://zapier.com/apps/bloom-growth/integrations) and select a template or create a new Zap from scratch.
