Using the Metrics in Bloom Growth
The Metric Scorecard is a centralized dashboard that displays key performance indicators (KPIs) for your team or organization. It allows you to monitor progress, set targets, and make data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
The Metrics in Bloom Growth is a powerful tool designed to help teams track performance, identify trends, and drive accountability.
Accessing the Metric Scorecard
To access the Metric Scorecard:

Navigate to the Meetings List in the left-hand menu.

Select the meeting for which you want to view the scorecard.
- Click on the Metrics section to view the measurables. You can access the information during the meeting or by clicking Workspace at the top of the page.
Customizing Your Metrics
Bloom Growth offers various customization options to tailor the Metric Scorecard to your team's needs:

Metric Frequency: Track progress daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly.

Progressive Tracking: Monitor performance across a defined time period, ideal for short-term goals or campaigns.

Details & Attachments: Add context, notes, or supporting files directly in the Details section.

Custom Goals: Set temporary goals for specific periods without altering your main goal. Perfect for seasonal fluctuations like holidays or special projects.

Cumulative View: Displays the running total of a metric, adding values week by week from the set start date through the current week.

Averages – Calculate the average for a defined time range, or enable Rolling Average to show the average of all currently visible columns.

Color Scale: Instantly assess performance with color-coded feedback that shows how far a metric is from its target.

Notes: Add quick context or explanations behind the numbers to clarify trends or outliers.

Dividers: Use visual dividers to separate groups of metrics on your metrics, helping you organize by team, department, or focus area.
Interpreting the Metrics
The Metric Scorecard uses color-coding to provide quick, visual feedback on performance:

Green: The metric is on track or exceeding the goal.

Red: The metric is below the target and may require attention.
With the new Color Scale feature, you can now see how far above or below a metric is from its goal, offering more context than a simple pass/fail view. This helps teams identify trends, measure progress more accurately, and prioritize action where it's needed most.

Updating Metrics
To update a metric:

Click on the metric you wish to update, from the workspace or the meeting itself.

Enter the information you need to update.

The changes will be automatically saved.
Regularly updating metrics ensures accurate tracking and accountability.
Taking Action From Metrics
Beyond tracking data, the Metric allows you to take action directly from your metrics:

Create Context-Aware To-Dos: Click the three-dot menu next to any metric to assign a to-do based on that specific data point.

Log Context-Aware Issues: Raise an issue directly from a metric when something needs discussion, escalation, or follow-up.

View Metric Chart: Open the chart view to analyze trends over time and visualize performance in a clear, actionable way.
