Using Custom Goals in Metrics

The Custom Goal feature in Bloom Growth allows you to set a temporary goal for a specific period without altering the main goal. This is useful for metrics that fluctuate during certain times of the year. For example, if your sales significantly increase during the holiday season, you can set a higher goal for that period while keeping your standard goal for the rest of the year.

How Custom Goals Work

  • Click Meetings List from the left navigation bar.
  • Click the meeting where the metric is located.
  • Navigate to the metric you want to update.
  •  Click the metric name to modify it.
  • Locate the Custom Goal option at the bottom of the pop-up window.
  • Enter the new Custom Goal for the selected period.
  • A line will appear below the metric’s cell, indicating that a Custom Goal has been set.

How to Set a Custom Goal

  1. Navigate to the metric you want to update.
  2. Click Edit to modify the metric.
  3. Locate the Custom Goal option at the bottom of the pop-up window.
  4. Enter the new Custom Goal for the selected period.
  5. A line will appear below the metric’s cell, indicating that a Custom Goal has been set.

By using Custom Goals, you can adapt your tracking to reflect seasonal or temporary fluctuations while maintaining consistency in your main goals.
