At the top of your screen, you’ll find your meeting controls:

  • The left and right arrows (← →) allow you to move between each section of the agenda.

  • The section name (for example, Check-In, Goals, or Metrics) shows you exactly where you are in the meeting.

  • The green “Start” button begins your meeting and activates the agenda flow.

Once started, your meeting will guide you through the standard structure:
Check-In → Goals → Metrics → Headlines → To-Dos → Issues → Wrap-Up.

Each section is fully interactive; you can mark attendance, review your KPIs, review your Goals, create Headlines, update To-Dos, and prioritize Issues directly from your phone.
The interface automatically adjusts so you can scroll, tap, and type comfortably without losing track of the agenda.

Tip: Use the arrows to move forward as your team completes each section, keeping the rhythm of the 90-minute meeting.

The Tangent Alert button is also available on mobile. use it whenever a discussion starts to drift off-topic, for example, if someone brings up an unrelated idea while solving another Issue. Tapping Tangent Alert saves that idea in the background, so you can stay focused now and revisit it later without losing momentum.
