User Profile Status in Bloom Growth

Viewing User Status (Admin and Supervisors Only)

Admins and supervisors can review the status of users in the organization to determine whether they are fully registered or still pending an invitation. However, only admins in the organization have the ability to send or resend invitations. If you need to check a user's status, follow these steps:

Steps to View User Status

From the Better Bloom Version:

  1. Click the name of your organization at the bottom left side of the screen.

  2. Select Organization Settings or Manage Users

  3. In the Members tab, locate the list of users and their status.

From the Legacy Version:

  1. Click the drop-down menu by your name/icon at the top right of the workspace.
  2. Click Manage Organization.
  3. Navigate to the Members tab.

Understanding User Status Icons

Each user will have an icon next to their name indicating their registration status:

  • Checkmark – The user is fully registered and is counted towards the invoice.

  • ✉️ Envelope Icons – The user is not fully registered and does not count towards the invoice.

Envelope Status Breakdown

  • 🔵 Blue Envelope – The user has been sent an invite but has not accepted it yet.

  • 🟡 Gold Envelope – The user has not been sent an invite.

  • White Envelope – The user is a placeholder and has not been invited.

  • 🔴 Red Envelope – The email address is invalid and needs to be corrected.

Managing Invitations

If a user has not been invited or needs their invitation resent:

  • Click the envelope icon next to their name to open the email entry box and send or resend an invite.

  • You can also use the "Send Invites" button at the top right of the user list to send invitations in bulk.
