Understanding the Color Scale in Metrics

What is the Color Scale Feature?

The Color Scale feature is a visual indicator that helps track metric performance by using color-coded signals. It provides a quick way to assess how close or far a metric is from its goal, allowing users to easily identify trends, successes, and areas that need improvement.

When enabled, the system automatically assigns colors based on performance:

  • Dark Green – The metric exceeds the goal.
  • Light Green – The metric meets or slightly exceeds the goal.
  • Light Pink – The metric missed the goal but is close.
  • Dark Pink/Red – The metric is far below the goal.

This color-based trend analysis makes it easy to spot areas that need attention and track progress over time.

How to Enable the Color Scale in Metrics:

  1. Click Meetings List from the left navigation bar.
  2. Select the meeting where you want to enable the Color Scale.
  3. Click Metrics.
  4. Click the eye icon located at the top right of the Metrics section.
  5. Toggle "Color Scale" to enable or disable the feature.
  • The Color Scale option is also available directly in the Meeting Workspace.
  • Follow the same steps to enable or disable it within your active meeting view.

Additional Display Options in Metrics

While in the Metrics section, you can also customize your view by toggling additional options:
Show/Hide Goals – Display or remove goal values from view.
Show/Hide Owners – See who is responsible for each measurable.
Show/Hide Cumulative Sum – View running totals of metric values.
Show/Hide Average – Display the average value of a metric over time.

These options allow you to focus on the data that matters most and tailor your Metrics view for better decision-making.
