The Departmental Rollout helps you expand Bloom Growth across all departments so every team operates with the same rhythm, structure, and goals.

This process ensures that every department, not just the Leadership Team, runs its own meetings with clarity, accountability, and focus.

This guide walks you through each stage, from planning and setup to running your first meetings, so you can complete the rollout on your own, at your own pace.

Set up your Org Chart

Before starting, make sure your Org Chart is complete and accurately reflects your company’s structure.
Each department leader should appear under their corresponding area.

Create Departmental Meetings

Once your Org Chart is set up, each leader can create their own Departmental Meeting.
From the left navigation bar, click Meetings list, then select New Meeting.
Enter a title, choose the meeting and agenda type, add the attendees, adjust the permissions as needed, and hit Save Meeting.

Prepare for the Weekly Meeting

Add your team’s Quarterly Priorities, KPIs, and O&O to the meeting workspace. Once all information is ready, you’re set to start your weekly meeting. Please find more details here.

Run the Weekly Meeting

Each department can now run its weekly meeting to review progress, align priorities, and solve issues.

Once all departments have their meetings running, your Departmental Rollout is complete.
Each team now has a dedicated space to track goals, metrics, and issues, ensuring alignment and accountability across the organization.
