How This Works
Admins and supervisors can request training on how to roll out Bloom Growth within their departments. Here’s how the training process works:

Initial Meeting with Supervisor/Admin:
In the first meeting, we’ll guide the supervisor on how to create a new meeting, as well as explain how to run effective weekly meetings. We’ll discuss how to structure the meetings, get the team prepared, and set the stage for success. -
Follow-up Meeting with Supervisor and Team:
After the initial session, we’ll coordinate a second meeting with the supervisor and their direct reports. In this session, we’ll train the team on how to add items such as Issues, Headlines, and To-Dos, enter their numbers into metrics, manage goals and milestones, and understand the difference between custom and meeting workspaces. We’ll also guide them through preparing for the meeting and then running it effectively. We encourage active participation from all team members during these meetings, ensuring everyone is engaged and aligned.
Note: It’s essential for the group to have Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Quarterly Goals to track progress. To make the training interactive, all participants should use their computers.
