# Sharing the Business Plan

### Important Business Plan Information

Once a Business Plan is shared, it will override the Future Focus page of all the other meetings. To edit a non-shared Future Focus page, the shared Future Focus page needs to be unshared (see steps above). Each meeting will still have its own unique Short-Term Focus page.

#### Sharing the Business Plan - Admins Only

1. Click **Business plan** from the left menu.
2. Click the **3 dots** at the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Click **Select Org Business Plan**.
4. In the pop-up box, click the drop-down icon.
5. Choose the Business Plan you wish to share.
6. Click the **Save** button at the bottom.

#### View a Shared Business Plan

Once a Business Plan is shared, it becomes accessible via the **Business Plan** section in the left-hand menu. Account admins can edit it from there, and so can any attendee with full rights to the Weekly Meeting it’s shared with.

#### Meeting Types and the Business Plan

**There are 4 meeting types in Bloom®:**

- Leadership Team
- Department
- 1:1 Meeting
- Other

**Important**: All meetings have their unique Short-Term page, but **only Leadership Teams** will have the Future Focus page.

**To view meeting type:**

1. Click the **Meetings list**from the left menu bar.
2. You can either hover over the meeting name and select the three dots or open the meeting and use the three dots next to the agenda.
3. Click **More actions**.
4. The **type of team** will be displayed at the top.
