Running a Quarterly Meeting in Bloom Growth

Maximizing Your Quarterly Meetings with Bloom Growth

Quarterly meetings are essential for teams to reflect on past performance, celebrate achievements, and set impactful goals for the upcoming quarter. These sessions play a crucial role in aligning the team’s vision and driving progress within the organization.

With Bloom Growth, running a special Quarterly Session is simple and efficient. No need to create a new meeting—just click "Run Special Session" and select "Start Quarterly Planning" to begin. This streamlined process ensures you focus on what matters most: setting goals for success.

  1. Steps for Running an Effective Quarterly Meeting

    1. Setting the Stage:
Start the meeting by clearly outlining the objectives for the day. A brief presentation or explanation of the agenda will help align the team’s focus and set expectations.

    2. Check-In:
Encourage team members to share professional and personal highlights from the last 90 days. This fosters camaraderie and sets a positive tone for productive discussions.

    3. Review the Previous Quarter:
Celebrate the wins and achievements from the last quarter. Recognizing these successes boosts morale and motivates everyone for the next quarter’s challenges.

    4. Issues List Review:
Review the Issues List to identify any challenges or inefficiencies. This is the perfect time for open dialogue, problem-solving, and cross-departmental collaboration.

    5. Establishing Quarterly Goals:
Work collaboratively to set measurable goals for the upcoming quarter. Identify key projects or initiatives that will contribute to the organization’s overall growth.

    6. Post-Meeting Feedback and Evaluation:
Once the meeting concludes, gather feedback from participants. Their input is valuable for refining future meetings and ensuring continuous improvement.

    7. Seamless Transition to Regular Agenda:
At the end of the Quarterly Meeting, Bloom Growth automatically transitions the agenda back to the regular format, ensuring a smooth return to your standard workflow.
