If your team tracks a number every week and also reports it monthly, Bloom Growth can add up the weekly values for you, so nobody has to enter the same number twice.
note: Your organization may use different names for some items. For example, O&Os may appear as Issues, Quarterly Priorities as Rocks or Goals, and KPIs as Metrics or Measurables. The screenshots below come from a sample organization that uses Goals and Metrics.
Create a monthly rollup
- On your KPIs, open the menu next to a weekly KPI.
- Select Rollup to monthly.
- A Create form opens with the new KPI already filled in: the title ends in (Monthly Rollup) and the frequency is Monthly.
- Review the owner and details, then click Save.
The monthly KPI adds up the weekly KPI's values for each month.
Which KPIs can be rolled up
Rollups add weekly values together, so Rollup to monthly isn't offered for percentage, Yes/No, formula or existing rollup KPIs.
