New Meeting Experience - How to start a Meeting

Before starting the meeting as a leader, you and your team can choose to display names in the attendance section or just your picture with a checkmark. Additionally, you can use the Traditional Check-in or generate an Icebreaker.

To start a meeting in Bloom Growth, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Meetings List: Locate the dark blue column on the left side of your home screen. Select "Meetings List" from the options in the left column.
  2. Find Your Meeting: Locate the title of the meeting you intend to start. You can use the search bar to find the meeting by title or attendee. It's recommended that each individual signs in on their own device for an optimal meeting experience.
  3. Confirm Your Presence: Once you've found the meeting, confirm your presence on the Check-in page by clicking the checkbox under your profile picture. Note that the meeting timer commences only when the meeting leader clicks "Start Meeting" located in the upper left corner of the meeting screen.
  4. Start the Meeting: Clicking on the "Start Meeting" option in the left navigation bar collapses the side navbar, providing you with a full-screen view of your meeting agenda, and maximizing your workspace for a more focused meeting experience.
