Metric Conversion Process

Wanting to convert your metrics from monthly to daily? This approach will help.

In Bloom Growth, you have the flexibility to set different cadences for your metrics. If you’d like to convert an existing weekly metric into a monthly, quarterly, or other cadence to take advantage of this new feature, please note that this change cannot be made automatically within the platform. However, you can follow the steps below to update it manually.

  1. Export your metric data from the meeting archive. Watch this video for step-by-step instructions.
  2. Open the downloaded file using a spreadsheet editing program such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  3. Group your weekly data into the new cadence using your preferred spreadsheet software. We recommend using tools like PowerQuery (Excel),  pivot tables, or the  GroupBy function. If your software doesn’t support these features, refer to its documentation for alternative methods.
  4. Format your data to match this template based on your chosen cadence. You can either recreate the structure or simply fill out the provided template with your updated data.
  5. Save the file as a .csv, then upload it to your meeting. Make sure to select the new cadence during the upload process. Watch this video to learn how to upload data.
