Meeting Wrap-up
The wrap-up is the final section of a meeting in Bloom Growth, where participants can complete several important actions to conclude the meeting effectively.
Create Last-Minute To-Dos: Any last-minute tasks or action items that arise during the wrap-up can be quickly added as to-dos.
Review To-Dos: Participants can review the to-dos created during the meeting to ensure all tasks are clear and accounted for.
Review Resolved Issues: This is an opportunity to review the issues that were resolved during the meeting, ensuring that everyone is informed of the outcomes.
Submit Feedback: Participants can provide feedback on the meeting, offering suggestions for improvement or highlighting positive aspects.
Rate the Meeting: Participants can rate the meeting on a scale of 1 to 10. Factors to consider for the rating include participation, completion of to-dos, resolution of issues, and overall attendance.
Reveal Rating Option: The reveal rating option allows participants to choose whether or not their individual ratings are revealed to others.
Conclude Actions: Participants can choose to send the meeting summary to "All attendees" or to "None." They also have the option to include meeting notes in the summary.
Archive Completed To-Dos: Participants can choose to archive the completed to-dos, keeping the workspace organized and focused on current tasks.
Archive Headlines: Similarly, participants can choose to archive headlines, ensuring that only relevant and current information is displayed.
Important:
You can customize the archiving of completed to-dos and headlines to suit your needs. For example, if you prefer to automatically archive them, irrespective of the meeting's duration, you can enable both options. This ensures that the system will automatically archive the to-dos and headlines the next time you run the meeting, regardless of its duration.
