Managing To-Dos Automatically Created from Milestones

Bloom Growth provides a convenient feature that automatically generates To-Dos from milestones that are due within the next 7 days. This ensures that upcoming tasks are highlighted, helping teams stay on track. By default, this feature is enabled, but you can choose to disable it if you prefer to manage To-Dos manually.

How It Works:
When milestones have due dates within the next 7 days, the system automatically creates corresponding To-Dos in your workspace. This helps ensure that critical tasks associated with your goals are not overlooked.

Disabling the Automatic Creation of To-Dos

If you prefer not to have the system create To-Dos automatically, you can disable this feature through either the Goals section or the Meeting Workspace.

1. Disabling from the Goals Section in a Meeting

Follow these steps to turn off the automatic To-Do creation from the Goals section:

1. Click Meetings List from the left navigation bar.
2. Select the name of the meeting.
3. Click on Goals.
4. Click the three dots located at the right of the page.
5. Toggle off the option "Create To-Dos for incomplete milestones 7 days before they're due".

2. Disabling from the Meeting Workspace

You can also disable the feature directly from the Meeting Workspace:

1. Click Meetings List from the left navigation bar.
2. Select the meeting's name.
3. Click Workspace at the top of the page.
4. Click the three dots located to the right of the Goals tile.
5. Toggle off the option "Create To-Dos for incomplete milestones 7 days before they're due".
