Transferring an Existing Business Plan
If you choose to Transfer an Existing Business Plan, follow these steps:- Click Business Plan from the left-side navigation bar.
- Select Transfer an Existing Business Plan.
- In the pop-up window, select the name of the meeting with the existing business plan.
- Click Transfer.
Important:
- After transferring, the two versions will not sync and will function independently.
- You can set the transferred business plan as the main one. This will display it in Presentation Mode as the default business plan for all organization members. However, any hidden tiles will remain invisible.
- Once transferred, this action cannot be undone.
This option is especially useful when migrating from older versions to Better Bloom, as it allows you to maintain continuity without rebuilding the plan from scratch.
Sharing a Business Plan
- Share Plan with the Organization: To share the business plan with your organization, click the three dots in the top right corner of the page and select the sharing option. This feature is available to all the members with admin permissions within the meeting.
- Core Values Tile: Core values remain the only tile shared across the entire organization. These must be set up in the main org business plan. Everyone can see the core values, but only admins can edit them.
Presentation Mode and Edit Mode
-
Presentation Mode: This view-only mode lets users review the business plan without making changes. Users without editing permissions will only have access to this mode and won’t see the option to switch to Edit Mode.
Edit Mode: Available exclusively to users with admin rights within the meeting. This mode allows full control over editing and customizing the business plan.
Editing and Managing the Business Plan
- Editing Terms: Users with admin rights within the meeting can edit terms by double-clicking the titles in the business plan.
- Hiding/Unhiding Tiles: While tiles cannot be removed, they can be hidden. To make a tile visible again, click the three dots at the top right of the business plan and select the hidden tile to display it.
- Duplicating Tiles: You also have the ability to duplicate tiles if needed.
Accessing and Managing Departmental Business Plans
