Join an Existing Organization in Bloom Growth

At Bloom Growth, we understand that teams evolve. Whether your company is adding you to their account for the first time or you're rejoining an organization you’ve worked with before, this guide will help you get started smoothly.

To join an organization in Bloom Growth, you must first be invited by an administrator from that organization. If you haven’t received the invitation yet, we recommend reaching out to them to request it. Please see User Management - Add users for more details. 

Once you receive the invitation email, just follow the steps below to accept the invite, it only takes a few clicks to log in and start collaborating with your team

Accepting Your Invitation

To join an organization in Bloom Growth, an admin from that organization must first send you an invitation.

Once you receive the invitation email:

  1. Open the email from Bloom Growth

  2. Click the link included in the invitation

  3. Set your password (if this is your first time logging in)

  4. Accept the Terms and Conditions

  5. You’ll land on your Primary Workspace (Home), and you're ready to go

🔹 Tip: If you don’t see the invitation, check your spam or promotions folder.

This process does not require you to create a new account from scratch; the invitation takes care of everything. All you need to do is activate it.

Joining More Than One Organization or Reusing an Email

Some users are invited to multiple organizations within Bloom Growth using the same email address. In that case, the system will prompt you to link your accounts.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Open the email invitation for the new organization

  2. Click the link

  3. Bloom Growth will recognize that your email is already in use

  4. Click Link accounts to join the new organization without creating a duplicate profile

Once linked, you can easily switch between organizations:

  • Click your organization name in the bottom left corner

  • Select Switch organization to move between accounts anytime

This is especially useful if you support multiple teams, departments, or clients in Bloom Growth.

Important: Your email address can only be registered once in Bloom Growth.

If your old account was canceled, or you’re not sure what your password was, contact your organization’s admin or reach out to our support team at help@bloomgrowth.com and we’ll help you get everything sorted.
