Join an Existing Organization in Bloom Growth

If you need to join an existing organization in Bloom Growth, the first thing to know is: you must receive an invitation from one of the organization’s administrators.

Step-by-Step: Accepting Your Invitation

Once your Bloom Growth account is created, you’ll receive an email invitation to join the organization.

  1. Open the email invitation sent by Bloom Growth.

  2. Click the link inside the invitation.

  3. You’ll be redirected to a login page.

  4. Set your password (if this is your first time).

  5. Accept the Terms and Conditions.
  6. You’re in!! You'll see your Primary Workspace (Home)

Switching Between Multiple Organizations

If you're already part of one organization and get invited to join another one, you’ll need to link your accounts.

  1. Search for the new invitation in your inbox.

  2. Click the invitation link.

  3. The system will recognize your email if it matches the one used in your first organization.

  4. You’ll see the option to Link accounts, click it.

  5. Once linked, you can easily switch between organizations:

    • Click the organization name in the bottom left corner.

    • Select Switch organization.

Troubleshooting: Email Already Registered or Reused

Important: Emails in Bloom Growth can only be registered once. If your email was already used in an account that was later canceled, and you’re now using that same email to join a new organization, here’s what to do:

  1. Click the invitation link as usual.

  2. On the login screen, enter the same email and password you used previously.

  3. Click Link accounts.

  4. The system will then direct you to your new organization’s workspace.
