Introducing the New Meeting Workspace in Bloom Growth
The Meeting Workspace in Bloom Growth has undergone a significant upgrade, providing users with a more streamlined and efficient experience. Inside the Workspace, you'll find a range of tools and features tailored to enhance workflow efficiency and collaboration.
While the information inside the tiles can be managed and updated, the tiles themselves are static and locked in place, providing a consistent and organized view of your meeting data.
How to Access the Meeting Workspace
To access the Meeting Workspace in Bloom Growth:

Click the Meeting list on the left-side navigation bar to see all your meetings.

Select the meeting where you want to view or manage the workspace.

At the top of the meeting view, click on Workspaces, right next to the meeting tab.
This will take you to the dedicated workspace for that meeting, where you can review and manage all your metrics, goals, to-dos, issues, headlines, notes, and statistics in one place — organized, consistent, and easy to use.
Collapsible Side Navigation Bar: The Workspace includes a collapsible side navigation bar, allowing users to expand or collapse it based on their preference. Collapsing the sidebar provides more space for visibility and management of other items in the Workspace.
Metrics: Easily navigate between Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly metrics, aligning closely with the New Meeting experience functionality. Add cell notes before the meeting to enhance preparation and organization.
Goals: Access Meeting and Business Goals conveniently within a dropdown menu. Expand and view milestones associated with each goal for better tracking and progress monitoring.
To-dos: Create quick individual To-dos or teammates with a simple button click in the Create a quick to-do bar. Use the new Date picker to easily change dates for the To-dos.
O&O (Issues): View Short-term, Long-term, Recently Solved, and Sent Issues in a dropdown menu. Create a quick Issue or move a short-term Issue to long-term or another meeting.
Headlines: Create quick Headlines directly from the Workspace for easy organization and communication of key updates or announcements.
Notes: Access, edit, or create Meeting notes within the Workspace, ensuring all important information is easily accessible and well-documented.
Stats: View comprehensive statistics on completed To-dos, Issues, Goals, and Milestones over various time spans, including 1 week, 1 month, 1 quarter, 6 months, YTD, 1 Year, and All.
Universal functions:
* Create context-aware Issues and To-dos directly within the Workspace.
* Use the sort function to organize your items efficiently. The sort function can be found by clicking the three lines at the top right of each tile.
* View in full screen mode to expand your view of selected tiles, you can find that option by clicking the three dots located at the top right of each tile.
