How to Attach KPIs and Quarterly Priorities to Multiple Meetings
KPIs and Quarterly Priorities can be attached to multiple meetings, so the same item appears across different meeting workspaces.
This does not create a duplicate item. Instead, it links the same KPI or Quarterly Priority to multiple meetings. Any updates made to the item in one meeting will automatically be reflected in all other meetings where it is attached.

This option is available only for KPIs and Quarterly Priorities.
Steps to Attach an Item to Multiple Meetings:
- Click Meetings from the left-hand menu.
- Select and open the meeting you want to update.
- Click Workspace at the top.
- Locate the KPI or Quarterly Priorities tile.
- Click the item you want to update.
- Click the Attach to Meeting(s) dropdown.
- Select the meeting or meetings you want to attach the item to.
