How to Archive Items in a Meeting Workspace

Archiving items helps keep your meeting workspace organized by removing items that are no longer active while still keeping them stored for future reference.

You can archive the following items from your meeting workspace:

  • KPIs

  • Quarterly Priorities

  • Headlines

  • Obstacles & Opportunities (O&Os)

  • To-Dos

The process to archive an item is the same for all of these.

Steps to Archive an Item

  1. Click Meetings from the left-hand menu.

  2. Select and open the meeting you want to update.

  3. Click Workspace at the top.

  4. Locate the tile that contains the item you want to archive (for example: KPIs, Quarterly Priorities, Headlines, O&Os, or To-Dos).

  5. Click the item you want to archive.

  6. Click Archive in the bottom-left corner of the item window.
