How to Access Past Meeting Summaries

If you or someone on your team did not receive the post-meeting summary email, don’t worry! All summaries are automatically saved and can be accessed anytime from the Email archive in Better Bloom, or from Meeting Minutes and Docs in the legacy version.

How to Access Meeting Summaries in Better Bloom

From the Email archive

The Email archive holds a summary for every concluded meeting, and it is available to every organization.

  1. Click Meetings from the left navigation bar.
  2. Hover over the meeting name and click the three-dot More options icon on the right of the row. You can also click this icon in the top right of the meeting’s agenda card while you have the meeting open.
  3. Under Navigation, click Email archive. It sits directly below Meeting archive.
  4. On the Summary tab, click the entry for the date you need. Each entry is named for the meeting and the date it was held.

Note: You need to be an attendee of the meeting to open its Email archive. Anyone else sees an “Available to meeting attendees” message.

What you see on the Summary tab

The Summary tab lists one entry for every concluded meeting, whether or not that meeting was recorded. The list shows 10 entries per page; the controls at the bottom switch it to 25, 50 or 100 per page and move you between pages. If it reads No concluded meetings found, no meeting here has been concluded yet.

Click an entry and you get the same document Bloom Growth sends as the post-meeting summary email, so what you read here matches the email your team received:

  • The headerSUMMARY FOR the date of the meeting, with the meeting name below it.
  • The statistics rowMeeting Rating, the percentage of To-Dos completed, and how many O&Os were solved. A meeting that was not recorded shows Total time; a recorded one shows Recorded time and Paused time in its place.
  • The AI account of the meeting — when the meeting was recorded and an AI summary was produced, those sections sit near the top, under a line stating the summary was AI-generated from the recording. A meeting that was never recorded has no AI section at all, and the rest of the record stands on its own.
  • Feedback — each attendee’s rating and comment from the meeting Wrap-up. With none recorded it reads No feedback yet. Add it in the meeting Wrap-up.
  • To-Dos, Headlines, and O&Os solved — the items from that meeting, grouped by the person who owns them and showing a due date where the item has one. A section with nothing in it says so instead of disappearing.
  • Notes — the notes taken during the meeting, or No meeting notes added.

Note: These headings follow your organization’s own terms. If your organization calls its O&Os “Issues”, or uses its own word for To-Dos, the summary uses your words.

To get back to the list, click Email archive in the breadcrumb at the top of the page. Click the meeting name beside it to return to the meeting.
