Getting Started with Better Bloom - Basic Navigation

Welcome to Better Bloom!

Better Bloom is the latest version of Bloom Growth, offering a more intuitive and efficient way to manage meetings, tools, and organizational resources. This article explains how to access Better Bloom and navigate its key features.

How to Access Better Bloom

To switch to the new interface:

1. Click “Switch to Better Bloom” at the top right of your workspace.
2. You will be redirected to the Better Bloom interface, where you can explore its improved navigation and features.

Exploring the Left Navigation Bar

Better Bloom simplifies navigation with a streamlined left-side menu that gives you quick access to all essential features.

1. Profile & Settings (Top Left)

• Your profile picture and name are located at the top left.
• Click here to edit your profile or log out of your account.
• Profile settings may include updating your name, photo, notification preferences, and password.

2. Home Page

• This is your customizable workspace, designed to provide quick access to your most-used tools.
• You can set your custom workspace or a meeting workspace as your primary view.

3. Workspaces List

• This section gives you access to all your private, custom workspaces.
• Note: These workspaces are private and cannot be shared with other users in the organization.
• Workspaces are helpful for managing information from multiple meetings in one place.

4. Meetings List

• This section lists all the meetings you are part of.
• From here, you can:
  • Access meetings.
  • Enter the meeting workspace to prepare for upcoming discussions.
  • Organize materials and notes ahead of time.

5. Tools

• Access key organizational tools, including:
  • Organizational Chart
  • Right Person, Right Seat
  • Quarterly 1:1s
  • Business Plan

6. Documents

• Store and access documents that are not attached to any specific meeting.
• This section also includes system-generated reports, such as:
  Meeting summaries
  Quarterly printouts

These reports are automatically created by the system each time a quarterly report is generated or a weekly meeting is run.

Bottom Left Navigation Options

1. Return to the Legacy Version

• Click this option to switch back to the Legacy Version at any time. Note: Legacy Version access may be discontinued in a future update.

2. Access the Resource Center

The Resource Center provides helpful tools and support, including:

Resources:

• Knowledge Base – Find helpful guides and documentation.
• Roadmap – See upcoming features and improvements.
• Release Notes – Stay updated on the latest changes.

Support:

• Contact Us – Reach out for assistance.
• Request Upload – Upload requests are supported for customers on paid plans. Contact the Bloom Growth support team to initiate a data upload.
• Book a Demo – Schedule a walkthrough of Better Bloom.
• Support PIN – Generate a one-time PIN to share with the Bloom Growth support team for faster, verified assistance.

Feedback:

• Feature Request – Suggest new features for Better Bloom.
• Give Feedback – Share your experience and suggestions.
• Refer and Earn – Invite others and earn rewards.

Set the New Experience as Default

• You can make Better Bloom your default workspace for seamless access. Please see: Making the New Better Bloom Your Default Version.

3. Organization Settings & Management

• Click your organization's name at the bottom left to:
  • Access Organization Settings.
  • Manage users (if you have Admin or Supervisor permissions).
  • Switch organizations (if you are part of multiple organizations).
