Understanding Workspaces in Bloom Growth: Primary vs Meeting Workspaces

In Bloom Growth, workspaces are designed to help you stay organized, whether you’re preparing for a meeting, managing personal tasks, or tracking team progress. There are two types of workspaces available: Primary Workspaces and Meeting Workspaces. Each serves a specific purpose to make your workflow smoother and more efficient.

Custom Workspace 

The Custom Workspace which usually can be designed as Primary workspace  is your customizable hub for tracking and managing both personal and team-related tasks. It’s flexible and easy to tailor to your needs.

Creating Your Custom Workspace 

  1. From the left navigation bar, click the “+” button located to the right of the Workspace List.
  2. Give your workspace a name.
  3. Add the tiles you need, examples include Quarterly Priorities, To-Dos, KPIs, Personal Notes, O&Os, and Headlines from specific meetings.
  4. Once everything is set, click “Create Workspace” at the bottom right of the pop-up window. Your customized workspace is now ready to use. 

Set a Custom Workspace as Home page 

  1. Click the word Workspaces list from the left navigation bar.
  2. Navigate to the preferred Workspace and click it.
  3. Use the Three dots located at the top right of the workspace and click Set as Home page. 

Change the Name of a Workspace 

  1. Click the Edit Workspace drop down located to the top right of the screen. 
  2. Click Manage Workspace.
  3. Enter a new name, add any desired tile. 
  4. Click Save to confirm.

Delete a Workspace 

  1. Click the Edit Workspace drop down located to the top right of the screen. 
  2. Navigate to Delete Workspace.
  3. Click Delete to confirm.

Meeting Workspace 

The Meeting Workspace is automatically created when a meeting is set up in Bloom Growth. These workspaces are pre-structured and tailored to the specific meeting, making it easier to stay focused on what matters most.

Using the Meeting Workspace

  1. Navigate to the “Meetings List” on the left-hand menu.
  2. Select the meeting you want to access.
  3. Click the “Workspace” tab located at the top of the page, next to the Meeting tab. 

Key Features 

  • Pre-Structured Design: Unlike Primary Workspaces, Meeting Workspaces cannot be customized, ensuring consistency for all attendees.
  • Privacy for Attendees: Only Meeting attendees and admins of the organization can access its workspace, keeping information secure and focused.
  • Centralized Information: Use the Meeting Workspace to prepare for upcoming meetings, review details during the week, or check progress after the meeting concludes.
