Updating Existing Measurables

From the Workspace

  • Click the name of the Measurable from a KPIs Tile
  • Edit the Measurable Name, Owner, Unit Label, Comparison Symbol (Rule), and Goal

If changing the owner of a measurable, you should also check who the admin of the measurable is by going to the meeting archive. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the right side of the meeting, under Navigation click on Meeting Archive, go to the KPIs tab, on the left side there will be a column for the owner and another for the admin of the measurable.

 

From the Meeting

  1. Click Meetings in the left menu
  2. Click on the Meeting name
  3. Click KPIs on the left
  4. Click the name of the Measurable
  5. Edit the KPI Name, Owner, Unit Label, Comparison Symbol (Rule), Goal. Changes are saved automatically.

Additional Options

  1. You can rearrange the Metrics order by clicking and dragging the 3 vertical lines to the left of the Measurable.
  2. Using the scroll wheel on your mouse will allow you to move up and down the page quickly while dragging measurables.
  3. Check the Average, Cumulative, or Custom Formula boxes to include formulas for each Measurable.
  4. Change Goal: If the goal or rule is changed, even just temporarily, the Update Cell Colors For will appear. Choose Only Future Weeks to update the red/green cell coloring based on the new goal or rule for the current and future weeks only. Choose Past and Future Weeks to update the red/green cell coloring based on the new goal or rule for all cells in the row, past, present, and future. A goal-change line will appear right on the KPIs table so you can instantly see where a target shifted.
  5. Goal Change Log: You can now see a full history of goal changes on any KPI, including who made the change, when, and what the old and new values were.
  6. Formulas: You can now add formulas to your KPIs more easily using the formula option. Type naturally, build your equations with ease, and enjoy a smoother, more intuitive experience.
