Updating an Email Address

Important: 

In Bloom Growth, only admins in the organization can either:

  • Update an email address directly, if the user is not fully registered.

  • Or submit a request to update a fully registered user’s email by contacting help@bloomgrowth.com.

When submitting a request, the admin must:

  • Grant permission for support to access the account.

  • Include the Support PIN, located in the Resource Center on the left navigation bar.

How to Access the Manage Users Section

  1. Scroll to the bottom left of the page.

  2. Click on the organization name.

  3. Select Manage Users from the menu.

How to Update a User’s Email Address

Once inside the Manage Users section, locate the user and check their icon:

User with a checkmark (Fully registered):

  • Email addresses cannot be updated directly.

  • The admin must send an email to help@bloomgrowth.com, including:

    • Explicit permission to update the email. 

    • Include the user's full name, old email and the new email address.
    • The Support PIN (from the Resource Center).

User with an envelope (Not yet registered):

  • Click the organization’s name located at the bottom left of the navigation bar.

  • Select Manage Users from the menu.

  • Locate the user and click the envelope icon next to their name to enter the new email address.

  • Hit Save to confirm.

Envelope Status Key:

  • Blue Envelope: Invite sent, not yet accepted.

  • Gold Envelope: Email is associated, but no invite sent.

  • White Envelope: Placeholder user. 

  • Red Envelope: Invalid email address.
