Setting up To-do Email Reminders

Important To-do Email Reminder Information

To optimize your experience with our to-do feature, we provide timely email reminders. These reminders are sent 24 and 48 hours before a to-do is due and continue daily for overdue to-dos. Expect these reminders to be sent from support@bloomgrowth.com. For seamless receipt of these reminders, please ensure that there are no active email filters restricting messages from support@bloomgrowth.com.

Account Wide Setup (admin only)

  1. Click your Organization name at the bottom-left corner of the screen.
  2. Click Organization settings.
  3. Click the Advanced Tab.
  4. Scroll down to Default Time to send To-do Email:
  5. If you prefer receiving to-do email reminders, select a specific time from the drop-down menu next to "To-do Email send time."
  6. Alternatively, if you want to opt out of receiving to-do email reminders, choose the option "Do not send e-mail."
  7. Click Save at the bottom.

Personal Setup

  1. Click your name at the top-left corner of the screen.
  2. Click Edit My Profile.
  3. Click the drop-down next to To-do Email send time:
  4. If you prefer receiving to-do email reminders, select a specific time from the drop-down menu next to "To-do Email send time."
  5. Alternatively, if you want to opt out of receiving to-do email reminders, choose the option "Do not send e-mail."
  6. Click Save.
  • Note that the default time zone for email reminders is GMT (London time). This means that if you choose a specific time for reminders, it will be based on London time.
  • Keep in mind the time zone differences: GMT is 5 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time (EST) and 8 hours ahead of Pacific Standard Time (PST).
