Reset a password
Important
When creating a password for Bloom Growth, please ensure it meets the following criteria:
- Minimum length of 12 characters
- Combination of uppercase and lowercase letters
- Inclusion of numbers
- Presence of at least one special character
By adhering to these guidelines, you can create a strong and secure password for your Bloom Growth account.
To reset a password, use the link below and type in the email address:

If you do not see your Password Reset Email in your inbox, please check your spam or search your inbox for a message from support@bloomgrowth.com. If you did not receive a password reset email, please have your IT department whitelist the following email address: support@bloomgrowth.com. If you still did not receive a password reset email, please contact support: help@bloomgrowth.com
Update a Known Password
- Click the drop-down by your name/icon at the top right of the workspace or from the side nav bar located to the left of the workspace.
- Click Edit My Profile.
- Type in your current password and your new password twice.
- Click Change password.
