# Password - Reset or Update

### **Reset a password**

### **Important**

 **When creating a password for Bloom Growth, please ensure it meets the following criteria:**

1. **Minimum length of 12 characters**
2. **Combination of uppercase and lowercase letters**
3. **Inclusion of numbers**
4. **Presence of at least one special character**

**By adhering to these guidelines, you can create a strong and secure password for your Bloom Growth account.**

**To reset a password, use the link below and type in your email address:**

If you do not see your Password Reset Email in your inbox, please check your spam or search your inbox for a message from support@bloomgrowth.com. If you did not receive a password reset email, please have your IT department whitelist the following email address: support@bloomgrowth.com. If you still have not received a password reset email, please contact support: help@bloomgrowth.com

### **Update a Known Password**

1. Click your **Name** in the top-left corner of the screen or menu panel.
2. Click **Edit My Profile.**
3. Type in your current password and your new password twice.
4. Click **Change password.**
