Metrics - Sharing Measurables
You may want to have the same measurable in multiple meetings. Sharing the measurable will update it in real-time in more than one meeting.
Sharing Through the Meetings Area:
- Click the Meetings list from the left-side navigation bar.
- Click the meeting where the metric is located.
- Click Metrics on the left
- Click the name of the metric you will share.
- Select the new meeting(s) under the "Attach to meeting(s)*" section.
- Hit Save and Close.
Sharing the metric through the Meeting Workspace
- Click the Meetings list from the left-side navigation bar.
- Click the meeting where the metric is located.
- Click Workspace at the top of your screen next to "Meeting"
- Click the title of the metric.
- Select the new meeting(s) under the "Attach to meeting(s)*" section.
- Hit Save and Close.
Sharing the metric through the Meeting Workspace
- Click the Workspace list from the left navigation bar
- Select the Custom Workspace where you have the metrics tile
- Click the title of the metric you want to share
- Select the new meeting(s) under the "Attach to meeting(s)*" section.
- Hit Save and Close.
