Metrics - Sharing Measurables

You may want to have the same measurable in multiple meetings. Sharing the measurable will update it in real-time in more than one meeting.


Sharing Through the Meetings Area:

  1. Click the Meetings list from the left-side navigation bar. 
  2. Click the meeting where the metric is located. 
  3. Click Metrics on the left 
  4. Click the name of the metric you will share.
  5. Select the new meeting(s) under the "Attach to meeting(s)*" section. 
  6. Hit Save and Close.

Sharing the metric through the Meeting Workspace

  1. Click the Meetings list from the left-side navigation bar. 
  2. Click the meeting where the metric is located. 
  3. Click Workspace at the top of your screen next to "Meeting"
  4. Click the title of the metric.
  5. Select the new meeting(s) under the "Attach to meeting(s)*" section. 
  6. Hit Save and Close.

Sharing the metric through the Meeting Workspace

  1. Click the Workspace list from the left navigation bar
  2. Select the Custom Workspace where you have the metrics tile
  3. Click the title of the metric you want to share 
  4. Select the new meeting(s) under the "Attach to meeting(s)*" section. 
  5. Hit Save and Close.
