Metrics - Advanced Settings customization

To customize your metrics based on your needs you can access the Advanced Settings by following the steps below: 

  1. Click Meetings in the menu bar
  2. Click on the gear icon (Edit Meeting button) to the right of your meeting
  3. Click Advanced Settings, bottom left
  • Include Individual To-do Completion: Check this box to view each person's To-do % Completion as a measurable. The goal is set to 90% and cannot be changed. Click Save at the bottom.
  • Include Aggregate To-do Completion: Check this box to include a To-Do % completion aggregate for the entire team as a measurable. Click Save at the bottom.
  • Include Aggregate To-do Completion on Printouts: Check this box to include a To-Do % completion aggregate for the entire team on your Metrics PDF only. Click Save at the bottom.
  • Reverse Metrics: Check this box to bring your most current Metrics week to the left, closest to your goal. Click Save at the bottom.
  • Prevent Editing of Unowned Measurables: Check this box to lock the measurable down. Not even an Admin will be able to make changes to a measurable if they are not listed as either 1. the owner or 2. the admin for the measurable itself.  Note that the measurables you do not own will NOT appear in the 'Manage' section. If you have Admin permissions for your Weekly meeting, you can turn off this setting, make changes and turn it back on if necessary. Click Save at the bottom.   • Start of Week: Change the start day of the week on your Metrics (steps above)
  • Highlight Week: Change the blue highlighted week on the Metrics in your Weekly Meeting (steps above)
  • Moving & Sharing Metrics:
  • You may want to have the exact same measurable in more than one meeting. Sharing the measurable will update the measurable in real-time in more than one meeting.
  • The 2 columns you see in the Metrics section allow you to move measurables in and out of meetings. 

Share a Measurable

Useful if moving a lot of Measurables over at once, like when creating a new meeting

  1. Click Meetings in the menu bar
  2. Click on the Edit Meeting button to the right of your meeting
  3. Click Advanced Settings (bottom left)
  4. Click on Measurable (on the word)
  5. Move measurable from the left column to the right column to move them into the meeting
  6. Click Save at the bottom
  •   Tip: The double arrow will move all measurables. The single arrow will only move the measurable you have highlighted (Ctrl + Click to select a few goals; Shift + Click to highlight a chunk). 
  •   Tip: Use the filter to search for a measurable title or the owner's name. 
  • The Measurables on the left are not part of your weekly meeting. The measurables on the right are currently in your Weekly meeting. You can also move measurables out of the meeting by moving them from the right column to the left column. 

Move a Measurable

If you need to move a measurable from one Weekly Meeting to another, you will follow the steps for sharing a measurable from above and take an extra step to remove the measurable from the current meeting it is in. 

  1. Click Meetings in the menu bar
  2. Click on the gear icon (Edit Meeting button) to the right of your meeting
  3. Click Advanced Settings (bottom left)
  4. Click on Measurable (on the word)
  5. Move measurable from the left column to the right column to move them into the meeting
  6. Navigate back to the Advanced Settings for the original Weekly Meeting that held the measurable 
  7. Now move measurables from the right column to the left column. This will remove the measurable from this Weekly meeting's view
  8. Click Save at the bottom
