How to denote Individual Goals vs Company Goals (Business Plan)
After you have added all your Individual Goals to a meeting, you may need to denote one or more of those Goals as Company Goals. To do so, take the following steps:
How to mark an Individual Goal as a Company Goal:
- Click the Meetings list from the left-hand side menu.
- You can either hover over the meeting name and select the three dots or open the meeting and use the three dots next to the agenda.
- Click More actions.
- Click Goals/Quarterly priorities on the left.
- Click the checkbox to the right of your Goal to mark it as a Company Goal (Business Plan / Department Plan column)
When you create a Goal, you have the option to check the box next to Add to Business Plan / Department Plan, this will mark your Goal as a Company Goal.
Marking a Goal as a Company Goal will automatically place it on the Business Plan.
