How to denote Individual Goals vs Company Goals (Business Plan)

After you have added all your Individual Goals to a meeting, you may need to denote one or more of those Goals as  Company Goals. To do so, take the following steps:

How to mark an Individual Goal as a Company Goal:

  1. Click the Meetings list from the left-hand side menu.
  2. You can either hover over the meeting name and select the three dots or open the meeting and use the three dots next to the agenda.
  3. Click More actions.
  4. Click Goals/Quarterly priorities on the left.
  5. Click the checkbox to the right of your Goal to mark it as a Company Goal (Business Plan / Department Plan column)

When you create a Goal, you have the option to check the box next to Add to Business Plan / Department Plan, this will mark your Goal as a Company Goal.

Marking a Goal as a Company Goal will automatically place it on the Business Plan.
