How to Delete a Meeting


Important! Before deleting a meeting, you may want to export your data. 


To delete a meeting follow the steps below: 

  1. Click the Meetings list from the left-hand side menu.

  2. Select the meeting you want and click on it.

  3. Click the three dots next to the Agenda.

  4. Click on Advanced Settings.
  5. Click Delete Meeting (all the way at the bottom right)
  6. If there are quarterly priorities and metrics in the meeting, uncheck them all to archive them. 
  7. Click Save.

Note: If after following the above steps the meeting has not been deleted, try once more. In step 6 from above, uncheck any remaining checkboxes. There should not be any names of quarterly priorities and/or Metrics here. Click  Save.
