# How to Create a Weekly or 1:1 Meeting

 

### **Important Information**

**Meeting creation is a one-time setup. Meetings are meant to be reused each week.**

**Only [supervisors and account admins](https://help.bloomgrowth.com/en/account-permissions?hsLang=en) have permission to create meetings.**

###   To create a meeting in Bloom Growth, navigate to the Meetings List, click **+ New Meeting**, configure the meeting name, type, agenda, and attendees, then click **Save Meeting**. Only supervisors and account admins can create meetings. Steps to Create a New Meeting in Bloom Growth

**1. Navigate to the Meetings List from the left navigation bar.**

**2. Click \*\*+ New Meeting\*\* to create a new meeting. 3. Name your meeting under the \*\*General\*\* section.**

3\. Select a **Meeting Type**:

- **Leadership**
- **Departmental**
- **1:1 Meeting**
- **Other**

4\. Choose an **Agenda Type**:

- **Weekly Meeting**: Includes Check-In, **Quarterly Priorities (Goals)**, **KPI (metrics)**, Headlines, To-Dos, **O&O (Issues)**, and Wrap-Up..
- **1:1 Meeting**: Includes Check-In, To-Dos, **O&O (Issues)**, and Wrap-Up..

**5. Add Attendees: Select the users who will participate in the meeting.**

**6. Edit Meeting Permissions** for each attendee:

- - **Viewer**: User can view meeting content.
    - **Editor**: User can create, edit, and manage meeting content.
    - **Admin**: Can edit content and adjust meeting settings. Recommended for meeting leaders.
- **Add Non-Attendees** *(Optional)*:  
  You can grant access to users who are not part of the meeting but need visibility, such as supervisors or higher-level managers.

8\. Once everything is ready, click **Save Meeting**. You can begin adding content immediately from the meeting itself or via the [**Meeting Workspace.**](https://help.bloomgrowth.com/en/workspaces-creating-and-managing?hsLang=en)
