[Coach Partners](https://help.bloomgrowth.com/coach-partners?hsLang=en) # Generating a Quarterly Printout The **Quarterly Printout** feature in **Bloom Growth** allows you to generate a structured PDF summary of your **Quarterly Meeting**, including the Business Plan, Quarterly priorities, KPIs, and other essential meeting details. --- #### **Generating a Quarterly Printout in Better Bloom** To generate a **Quarterly Printout** in the **Better Bloom** version, follow these steps: 1. Click the **Meetings List** from the **left navigation bar**. 2. Click the meeting where you want to generate the Quarterly Printout. 3. Click the **three dots (⋮)** next to the agenda. 4. Select **Generate quarterly printout**. 5. Check the itemsyou want to include in your Quarterly Printout.  *(Note: Headlines and To-Dos are unchecked by default, as they are not part of Quarterly Mapping.)* 6. Click **Generate**. 7. Your Quarterly Printout will now be generated. You can choose to **save it as a PDF** or **print it directly**.    --- #### **Quarterly Printout Contents** The Quarterly Printout includes: The printout contains exactly the sections you tick in the dialog, in the order below. Each section is headed with whatever your organization calls it, so an organization that renamed **Goals** to **Quarterly Priorities** sees that name instead. Every section repeats the meeting's name, the date the printout was generated and your organization's name at the top of its page, and a section you selected that has nothing in it prints a short *No …* line rather than being left out. - **Cover page** — your organization's logo, the printout's heading and the date, followed by a table of contents listing every section you included and the page it starts on. - **Goals** (your Quarterly Priorities) — the quarter's priorities grouped by the person who owns them, with each owner's name and avatar. Every priority shows its title and a status pill reading **Done** or **Not done**: a strategic session reviews a priority as finished or not, so On track, Off track and Not set all print as **Not done**. The section opens with your future date and your Growth Goals headers. - **Headlines** — the meeting's headlines, grouped by owner. - **Business plan** (your Growth Plan) — the plan as its tiles, laid out in two columns down the page: BHAG, Core Focus, Core Values, Marketing Strategy, 1-Year Goals, 3-Year Vision, Quarterly Goals and Long-Term Issues. A tile you haven't filled in reads *Not set.* - **Organizational chart** — your live org chart drawn as the full seat tree, each seat showing its position title and its department band, colour-coded by department the same way it is on screen.
