Generating a Quarterly Printout

The Quarterly Printout feature in Bloom Growth allows you to generate a structured PDF summary of your Quarterly Meeting, including the Business Plan, Quarterly priorities, KPIs, and other essential meeting details.

Generating a Quarterly Printout in Better Bloom

To generate a Quarterly Printout in the Better Bloom version, follow these steps:

1. Click the Meetings List from the left navigation bar.
2. Click the meeting where you want to generate the Quarterly Printout.
3. Click the three dots (⋮) next to the agenda.
4. Select Generate quarterly printout.
5. Check the items you want to include in your Quarterly Printout. 
   (Note: Headlines and To-Dos are unchecked by default, as they are not part of Quarterly Mapping.)
6. Click Generate PDFs.
7. Your Quarterly Printout will now be generated. You can choose to save it as a PDF or print it directly. 

    

   
   
   
   

Troubleshooting

• If you receive an error while generating the printout, try again while unchecking the Org Chart and Right Person Right Seat (RPRS) (if available).

The Quarterly Printout includes:

✔ A Title Page – Displays the date and Core Values
✔ Quarterly Goals – Priorities for the quarter
✔ Headlines – Key updates (if selected)
✔ Business Plan – Strategic company roadmap
✔ Org Chart – Visual representation of the team structure
✔ To-Dos – Actionable items (if selected)
✔ Issues – Challenges and key discussion points
✔ Metrics – Performance tracking data
✔ Right Person Right Seat (RPRS) (Available only if People Tools are activated. See this [article] for more details.)
