[User Profile](https://help.bloomgrowth.com/user-management?hsLang=en#user-profile) # Edit My Profile The Profile can be edited from two places in Bloom Growth: The "Edit Profile" located on the navbar located on the left-hand side of the workspace, and by clicking the drop-down by the user's name at the top right of the workspace.  **Upload Profile Photo** 1. Click the Edit Profile option on the left-hand side of the workspace or Click the **drop-down** by your name/icon at the top right of the workspace. 2. Click **Edit My Profile.** 3. Use the **Upload Image** button to add a new profile picture. ### Important Image Information If your photo does not upload as expected, please try the following: - Use a Google Chrome browser. - Re-size the image to make it smaller and more square in shape. - Email us at help@bloomgrowth.com with your picture and we'll upload it! ### Light or Dark Top and side Nav Bar 1. Click the drop-down by your name/icon at the top right of the workspace. 2. Click Edit My Profile. 3. Select Navigation Bar Color: Dark or Light 4. Click Save ### ![](https://help.bloomgrowth.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/d33v4339jhl8k0_cloudfront_netdocsassets5f90605f46e0fb001798f408images60f798666ffe270af2a90c32file-FK3ytL3cv4-1.png) ### Deleting a Profile Photo To return to the default icon (your initials), click the **trash can icon** on the top right of the current image. - Hover the mouse over the top right corner of your image to view the **trash can icon.** - If your profile picture is dark in the top right corner and you cannot see the trash can icon, notice the mouse changes to a pointer finger, click in that area and the image will delete. **Other Profile Options** - **Update first and last names.** - **To-do Email Notification:** Choose a time to receive an email with your current To-dos. You will receive an email 24 and 48 hours before a To-do is due. If a To-do is past due, you will receive an email every day until the To-do is marked as complete. - **To STOP receiving**, change the setting to "Do Not Send Email". - **Color Blindness:** Adjust for red, green, or blue color blindness. - **Show Color on Metrics:** It will add green/red coloring to your view of all the metrics you have access to. - **Reverse My Metrics:** Reverses the dates for the personal metrics on your workspace.
