Alternate Invite Option - Inviting Users
If a user is having trouble receiving their invite to Bloom Growth, first check to make sure the invite did not end up in spam. Also, you may need to remove the following email from any restriction list: help@bloomgrowth.com
If the user is still not receiving the email invite, follow the steps listed below to send the invite link directly. These steps are only accessible by Admins.

Click on your organization name at the bottom-left corner of the screen.
- Click Manage users.
- Click the blue envelope to the left of the user's name.
- Click the "Email not being sent? Try Alternate Method"
- Click "Copy Content," paste it into a standard email, and send it to the user through regular email.
