# Adding and Updating Your Payment Method

#### **Adding or editing payment information**

***Only account admins** have access to update payment details.*

***The same steps below apply if you need to update your existing payment method.***

**From Bloom Growth (previous payment system):**

1. Click the **name of your organization** at the bottom left of the screen.
2. Select **Organization Settings**.
3. Click the **Payment** tab.
4. Add or update your **bank account** or **debit/credit card** details.
5. Enter an email address to receive payment receipts.
6. Click **Submit** to save changes.

**From Bloom Growth (Stripe):**

1. Click the **name of your organization** at the bottom left of the screen.
2. Select **Organization Settings**.
3. Click the **Payment** tab.
4. Click **Manage billing on Stripe**.
5. Under the existing payment method, click **+ Add payment method**.
6. Fill out the new payment information and click on **Add** to save changes.

**From the Legacy Version:**

1. Click the **drop-down menu** by your name/icon at the top right of the screen.
2. Select **Manage Organization**.
3. Click the **Payment** tab.
4. Add or update your **bank account** or **debit/credit card** details.
5. Enter an email address to receive payment receipts.
6. Click **Submit** to save changes.

#### ***Accepted Payment Methods***

*Bloom Growth accepts the following payment methods:*

- ***Automated Clearing House (ACH)** – Available only in the **United States***
- ***Major debit and credit cards** – Accepted worldwide*

### ***Important Information:***

- *If you are located outside the United States, leave the "State" field empty when entering payment details.*
- *ACH payments are **only** available within the United States.*
