Important Information

Metrics are a bit different than the other items within Bloom Growth in that metrics can have both an owner and an admin. Often one person is responsible for "making the number happen" for a line item on the metrics, and another person (which we'll refer to as an admin) is responsible for the record-keeping / updating of the measurable each week.

The Bloom Growth metrics in the Meeting Archive allows you to see both the owner and admin. The column of users on the left represents the accountable owners, and the column on the right represents the admin for the metrics. Both columns are set to the same user by default when creating a metrics. When changing the owner of a metrics elsewhere in Bloom Growth, only the column on the left is updated, the admin column is left unchanged.

Both the metrics owner and admin will have the metrics display on their personal metrics on their workspace. Follow the steps below to update the admin of a metrics.

Set an Admin to a Measurable - not a meeting attendee

  3. Click Attendees
  4. Use the blue + to temporarily add the person to the Meeting.
