Automatically Transcribe a Meeting
To turn on the Transcribe feature
- Click Meetings in the top menu bar.
- Click Edit Meeting on the gear icon button to the right of your meeting
- Click Advanced Settings, bottom left.
- Click the word Experimental at the bottom.
- Check the box next to Transcribe Meeting.
- Click Save.
Important Transcribe Information
- Your browser may ask for permission to access your microphone.
- This is a beta feature.
- Use Google Chrome Browser
To view meeting transcripts
- Click Meetings in the top menu bar.
- Click Edit Meeting on the gear icon button to the right of your meeting
- Click Meeting Minutes on the left.
- Click the gray space between the meeting date on the left and the meeting time on the right to collapse or expand the details section.
- Transcriptions will be listed among the meeting details.
