Texting Actions


Individual Text-a-To-do

Send a text to your personal To-do List anytime. Personal To-dos are only present in your workspace and do not show up in a meeting. Personal to-dos are NOT 100% private from other team members.
  1. Click the drop-down by your name/icon at the top right of the workspace.
  2. Click Edit My Profile.
  3. Click Setup Individual Text-a-To-do
  4. Choose a texting number.
  5. Click Save
  6. Text the unique code to the phone number listed.
  7. You will receive a response back confirming your new texting number. If you do not receive a response back, check the number; if you receive an error message, check the code.
  8. Be sure to store the phone number in your contacts as a Personal To-do.

Manage Other Phone Actions

View all texting actions you have created. Add new actions or delete existing actions to reuse a phone number.
  1. Click the drop-down by your name/icon at the top right of the workspace.
  2. Click Edit My Profile.
  3. Click Manage Other Texting Actions on the bottom right.
  4. Click Create a new phone action using the button at the top right.
  5. Choose the meeting, number, and action from the drop-down menus.
  6. Text the unique code to the phone number listed.
  7. Click Save.
  8. You will receive a response back confirming your new texting number (if you do not receive a response back, check the number; if you receive an error message, check your code.).
  9. Be sure to store the phone number in your contacts stating which meeting it is for and whether it is for an Issue, Headline, or To-Do.

Remove Text Action

  1. Click the drop-down by your name/icon at the top right of the workspace.
  2. Click Edit My Profile.
  3. Click Manage Other Texting Actions on the bottom right.
  4. Use the trash can icon to the right to remove it.
  5. Click Save.

Remember, one number per text action. Everyone has to set up their own text actions
