Reset a password

Important

When creating a password for Bloom Growth, please ensure it meets the following criteria:

  1. Minimum length of 12 characters 
  2. Combination of uppercase and lowercase letters
  3. Inclusion of numbers
  4. Presence of at least one special character

By adhering to these guidelines, you can create a strong and secure password for your Bloom Growth account.

To reset a password, use the link below and type in the email address:

https://app.bloomgrowth.com/Account/ResetPassword

If you do not see your Password Reset Email in your inbox, please check your spam or search your inbox for a message from support@bloomgrowth.com. If you did not receive a password reset email, please have your IT department whitelist the following email address: support@bloomgrowth.com. If you still did not receive a password reset email, please contact support: help@bloomgrowth.com

Update a Known Password

  1. Click the drop-down by your name/icon at the top right of the workspace or from the side nav bar located to the left of the workspace. 
  2. Click Edit My Profile.
  3. Type in your current password and your new password twice.
  4. Click Change password.
