The Check-in

The check-in process is a crucial step in making your meetings productive and engaging.  In Bloom Growth, you can choose between two check-in options: the “Traditional Check-in” where you can share good news from the past 7 days (one personal and one business), or “Generate an Icebreaker” to add a fun element to your meeting start. Additionally, you can manage attendance by using the toggle feature to indicate who's present in your meeting.

The Ice Breaker Questions

The Icebreaker questions in Bloom Growth are a valuable tool for fostering engagement and building connections among meeting participants. By adding a fun and interactive element to your meetings, these questions help break the ice and create a more relaxed atmosphere. Their random selection ensures that each meeting starts with a fresh and engaging prompt. Incorporating icebreaker questions into your meetings can lead to more meaningful interactions and a more enjoyable meeting experience for everyone involved.

Important: The Icebreaker questions cannot be customized.
